Here, we will take a brief look at some of the debts that can and can’t be included on an IVA.
Debts that can be included:
Debts accrued through the following means of borrowing can be included on an IVA:
• Credit cards
• Store cards
• Catalogues
• Personal loans
• Personal overdrafts
Debts that can’t be included:
Debts accrued through the following means of borrowing cannot be included on an IVA:
• Mortgages
• Secured loans
• Vehicle HP
• Council Tax
